Uh-O! Now Comes The Top Secret Pillow Talk

Retired Gen. David Petraeus, who resigned as CIA director last week after admitting an extramarital relationship, could possibly face military prosecution for adultery if officials turn up any evidence to counter his apparent claims that the affair began after he left the military…

“For him to allow the very first biography to be written about him, to be written by someone who had never written a book before, seemed very odd to me,” former Petraeus aide Peter Mansoor told ABC News.

The timeline of the relationship, according to Patraeus, would mean that he was carrying on the affair for the majority of his tenure at the CIA, where he began as director Sept. 6, 2011. If he carried on the affair while serving in the Army, however, Patraeus could face charges, according to Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which reprimands conduct “of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces.”

Pillow Talk

This had to happen, don’t ya know.

In an apparent backdraft to the inferno that is incinerating General David Petraeus’s life, news sources are now alleging that the former CIA director’s lover Paula Broadwell may have divulged top-secret information in the Benghazi scandal. That was the scandal before this scandal. In the Obama administration.

Well, how else did you guys think we were going to get the mainstream media to cover this story?

Klein Online via Drudge:

TEL AVIV — Did Paula Broadwell, the alleged mistress of ex-CIA Director David Petraeus, reveal a secret CIA detention center in Benghazi during a public speech she gave last month?

Broadwell, a former counterterror operative, co-authored a bestselling biography of Petraeus. She discussed the book during a keynote speech on Oct. 26 at a University of Denver alumni symposium. [YouTube video pulled by User. Broadwell?]

During a question and answer session, Broadwell was asked about the September 11 attacks against the U.S. mission in Benghazi.

She stated: “Now I don’t know if a lot of you heard this, but the CIA annex had actually had taken a couple of Libya militia members prisoner. And they think that the attack on the consulate was an effort to try to get these prisoners back. So that’s still being vetted.”

By the Obama administration who now acknowledge that something may have gone on in Benghazi on September 11, 2012.

Of course the CIA is denying the story as a complete fabrication.

The Dailey Caller:

The Central Intelligence Agency denied charges Sunday that its annex in Benghazi, Libya secretly held a few jihadi prisoners until it was destroyed in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack. Paula Broadwell, the girlfriend then-CIA chief Gen. David Petraeus, made that claim during an Oct. 26 speech in Denver, Colo….

The CIA’s denial came just hours after Arutz Sheva, an Israeli news outlet, first published a partial transcript of Broadwell’s speech.

Which one might expect. Because they are, after all, the CIA.

Elsewhere, we now learn that the general’s other other woman is not the other other woman at all, but a ‘family friend’ that Glen Close, er, Paula Broadwell, the real other woman, just thinks is the other other woman.

Okay, this is officially getting spooky, no pun intended.

NY Post:

It was a married Florida woman who blew the lid off the scandalous affair that led retired Gen. David Petraeus to resign as CIA chief when she told the FBI of allegedly threatening e-mails she’d received from his lover, sources said yesterday.

Jill Kelley, 37, of Tampa — a “social liaison” to the powerful Joint Special Operations Command — reported the jealous messages from Petraeus biographer Paula Broadwell, who is accused of sleeping with the married four-star general, to the FBI, sources said.

When Kelley read Broadwell’s e-mails, she was so scared that she went to the FBI for protection, according to a source, who said she initially approached a Florida field office of the FBI — not its headquarters — with a complaint of cyber-harassment.

So there’s that.

And this whole mess has Washington insiders reeling.

Senator Dianne Feinstein via Fox News:

“It was like a lightning bolt,” Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, told “Fox News Sunday.” “I’m heartbroken. This is very, very hard. But I do think [General Petraeus] did the right thing.”

Right after he did the wrong thing.

Maybe , just maybe…..Patraeus resigned because he wasn’t going to lie for the WH or the CIA. so he resigned. He can now testify as a private citizen. Maybe they threatened to expose the affair to his wife if he didn’t say what they wanted him to….so he told her himself and resigned…..I wouldn’t put anything past the Chicago mobsters………just a thought!
