Before any of you white folk say another bad word about Ambassador Susan Rice over this whole Benghazi mess, just remember that your feelings may be tinted by some heretofore-unrecognized racist thoughts. Because you are white, after all.
It’s like Eric Holder and Fast & Furious… Okay, we won’t go there.
Under fire from congressional critics, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice stressed in a Tuesday statement that she did not intend to mislead the public about the September 11th attacks on the Benghazi consulate.
“Neither I nor anyone else in the administration intended to mislead the American people at any stage in this process, and the administration updated Congress and the American people as our assessments evolved,” Rice said.
We’ve seen this before. It’s like thinking Barack Obama is socialist when he really isn’t. He just opens his mouth and socialist stuff comes out. Same thing with Ambassador Rice. Just opened her mouth and this preposterous, idiotic, sham of a myth about a silly anti-Muslim video came out.
Anyway, a lot of the GOP senators aren’t buying it. Especially Lindsey Graham and John McCain (those are the guys who are about to roll over on their tax pledges) and Kelly Ayotte, who was tea party, but isn’t anymore because it isn’t popular.
WASHINGTON–After meeting with U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice on Tuesday, three GOP lawmakers said their concerns have only grown about misleading statements Rice made concerning the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya that left Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans dead.
McCain, R-Ariz., has said he may oppose her nomination because she should have known her statements on the Sept. 11 attack were false….
“The bottom line is that I’m more disturbed than I was before … about how four Americans died in Benghazi, Libya,” Graham said….
“I have many more questions that have to be answered,” Ayotte said.
Because Senator Ayotte used to be a tea party Republican and they have their principals and everything.
Chin up, Susan. You’ll have Hillary’s job before you can say ‘Republicans just hate me because I’m black’ three times.
