Unreal: Daily Caller reporter posts pic of list of firearms Sen. Feinstein wants banned

Yes, Dianne Feinstein got beaucoup photo-op this morning, holding up one of the finest long-range competition target rifles in the world, while announcing her new “assault weapons” bill.
Except there was not one assault weapon on the list of rifles, shotguns and handguns she proposes banned. Instead there are a litany of new laws and regulation that make it harder for you to own any gun.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and a group of Senate Democrats on Thursday introduced legislation to ban the sale and manufacture of more than 150 types of semi-automatic weapons with military-style features.
The legislation also bans magazines holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition and requires people who already own assault rifles to use secure storage and safety devices and bars them from selling high-capacity clips.
“No weapon is taken from anyone,” said Feinstein. “The purpose is to dry up the supply of these weapons over time.”
Unlike the 1994 assault-weapons ban, there is no sunset provision in Feinstein’s newest gun-control bill.
What there is, is a catalog of new regulations designed to do nothing about the arsenals of weapons in the hands of U.S. gangs, drug dealers and radical Muslim Imams, and everything to make you feel like a criminal for owning a gun.
Like, for instance, fingerprints and mugshots for firearms purchasers, and new gun safes for weapons currently owned.
“The common thread in these mass shootings is that in each a sami-autic, semi-automatic was used,” Feinstein said. “They are sold out of trunks and back seats of automobiles and at gun shows.”
No gun purchased at a gun show has ever been used in a mass shooting.
Feinstein also did her best to reassure hunters their rights wouldn’t be trampled on, failing to mention the Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting in the first place.
“It will not effect hunting or sporting firearms, instead the bill will protect hunters and sportsman,” Feinstein said, adding that 2200 “hunting” guns are specifically exempted in the bill.
Meanwhile, Illinois Senator Dick Durbin made it clear he doesn’t think it matters whether Feinstein’s legislation violates Second Amendment rights.
“This isn’t an issue of simply Constitution, it’s an issue of conscious,” Durbin said. “We need responsible hunters and sportsman to step up and join us.
That pesky old Constitution gets in the way again.
At least DiFi has been candid in her latest push to disarm everyone who doesn’t have a gang rag around his head; she states her purpose clearly.
At this point, we at Mojo have learned to expect very little from the American public when it comes to standing up for our rights.
We (51% of us) have elected a man who would put Vladimir Putin to shame as a bully, given half the chance; we have allowed our legislators to all but dry up U.S. petroleum production making us dependant on foreign oil for 50 years; and now, most likely, we will allow the government to print and mug us before we can buy a BB gun.
