The Politicization of Benghazi? Yeah sure… So, what’s next?

Hillary-Clinton-testifies-250x150Democrat’s are right when they say that the Benghazi investigation is politicized. It has been ever since Barack Obama set out to cover it up to support his reelection narrative. The president went to bed that night determined to go ahead with his campaign, business as usual, and caught the jet to Las Vegas the next morning.

Now that the election is won and the hearings are bearing down they face an entirely different problem: covering up the cover up. For the first time in anyone’s memory, when Americans were dying in combat our government DENIED their calls for support. How do you put the hat on that and keep it there?

And there it is. What Democrats in the administration and Congress fear most is that their votebots will fully realize what transpired in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. They know that many of their moderate base Democratic voters will jump ship in 2014, once they understand the treachery behind the administration’s cover up.

So they unleash the late night comics to attack the messengers and Diane Sawyer, Brian Williams and Scott Pelley bury the story under the Cleveland abductions and the Jodi Arias trial. The AP labels the official House investigation a “GOP hearing”, thinly disguised code for “witch hunt.”

Of course it is not a witch hunt; people died and someone is directly responsible for those deaths. Was the failure systemic, as the State Department investigators determined? In a word yes. Absence of leadership always spawns organizational havoc. But what is decidedly not systemic is the extent to which the administration is still attempting cover up their failures.

Hillary Clinton most likely lied to Congress. Okay, she did lie, but Washington lies are different than plain old Omaha lies. In Washington people are “untruthful” or they perhaps “misspeak” but the word “lie” is not in their lexicon. Anyway, since Hillary’s cocktail party guest list probably looks like a GOP caucus roster, it may be optimistic to expect that she will face the public disgrace she deserves.

Republicans have scandals; Democrats have setbacks.

Which is “the most unkindliest cut of all” to quote the Bard. Will anyone ultimately be found responsible other than a few mid-level bureaucrats? Does anyone realistically expect Susan Rice to drop the dime on Hillary Clinton as the one who directed her to lie? Or Hillary on Barack Obama?

Have you ever been in a room where it seemed everybody was in on the joke but you? Take a good look around right now.

This is the biggest scandal in this country. People should be outraged that 4 Americans were left to die and sacrificed for political expediency. I don’t understand why all those people around Obama and the MSM protect the incompetent Obama and ruthless Hillary. They are just a bunch of wind socks, blowing with the administration’s motives and stories.

Don’t they have any conscious about doing the right thing? I hope they all rot in hell.

There is nothing, absolutely nothing about Obama that is any good!

      No. No conscience at all.

Yes, the worst presidential scandal in U.S. history!! Only obama and his minions would turn their backs on Americans (their employees) under siege and crying for help. Any honorable person would have at least tried to help. A commander in chief wtih moral character would have “moved heaven and earth” to save them. It is depressing to think these scumbags will be in power for another 4 years.
